We were surprised to see a nice large rug/mat outside the camper when we arrived. I had brought 2 rugs with us, so we only needed one. We had a problem with the cable for the TV's, but our call was answered promptly and fixed promptly. We did have a problem with the air conditioner. We had to put a piece of plastic over the vent in the bathroom, because it blasted cold air and you froze when we came out of the shower. The air conditioner in the master bedroom was very loud and the fan ran on high only, as the switch on one side of the unit was broke. We finally tapped that and it helped some. We enjoyed the unit and will certainly book another RV from you in the future.
