• “Services” means the use of our website, booking platform, and any related offerings, including RV rentals, vehicle storage, service and repair, and the purchase of parts and apparel.

• Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, billing address, driver’s license details, insurance information, payment information (through third-party processors; we do not store full card details), emergency contact information, and electronic signature data collected through rental agreements and service authorizations.
• Booking Information: Rental dates, RV details, optional services, insurance selections.
• Storage Information: Unit number, vehicle or property stored (year, make, model, VIN), gate access codes, facility access logs, and lease agreement details.
• Vehicle Location and Security Data: When equipped, GPS tracking data and location information from the Rental Vehicle during the rental period, collected for fleet security, theft prevention, and operational management purposes. Renters are prohibited from tampering with or disabling any GPS or tracking device on the Rental Vehicle.
• Inspection and Documentation Data: Photographic documentation, condition assessments, and pass/fail inspection records of the Rental Vehicle collected at delivery and retrieval as part of our standard rental inspection process.
• Surveillance and Security Data: Security camera footage and electronic access logs recorded at our storage facility for security, safety, and property protection purposes. Footage is retained for a limited period sufficient for security purposes and is accessible only to authorized Cozy Turtle personnel or to law enforcement as required by applicable law.
• Service & Repair Information: Vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN), service history, repair authorizations, and technician notes associated with your vehicle.
• Parts & Apparel Purchase Information: Order history, product selections, and shipping address for parts and apparel purchases.
• Technical Information: IP address, browser/OS data, usage patterns, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications: Messages, emails, or calls exchanged with us.

• Process and confirm reservations, service, storage lease, and product purchases.

We do not share renters’ personal or contact information directly with consignment vehicle owners. Information shared with consignment owners is limited to rental dates, revenue data, and vehicle condition reports. Renters have no direct dealings with consignment vehicle owners.
• Legal Authorities: When legally required.
