Cozy Turtle offers fun, beach-vibe apparel and accessories inspired by the RV lifestyle and coastal adventures. All products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print partner, Printful.
Most orders are produced and shipped within 5–7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- International orders: 7–21 business days
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
We use Printful, a print-on-demand partner that produces and ships items directly to you from their nearest fulfillment center. This ensures high-quality printing and faster delivery.
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime through your order confirmation email.
Because each product is made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items. If your order arrives with a problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at adam@cozyturtle.com with photos of the issue.
Orders go into production quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes once they’re submitted. If you realize there’s an error, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before printing begins.
Yes! Printful ships to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes their country may apply.
We carry unisex, women’s, and youth fits depending on the product. Each item has a size guide on its page — we recommend reviewing it carefully before ordering.
If you ordered several items, they may ship separately from different Printful facilities. Don’t worry — you’ll get tracking for each package.
