Shipping Information

All Cozy Turtle products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. This means your items are printed and packed just for you — helping reduce waste while ensuring high-quality results.

Processing Times

  • Standard production time: 3–7 business days
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on location

Please note that during holidays or peak demand, production and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Multiple Shipments
If you order more than one product, you may receive your items in separate packages, as different items may ship from different Printful facilities.

Returns & Exchanges

Each product is custom made when you order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To report an issue:

  • Email us at adam@cozyturtle.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the problem.
  • Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly after placement. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply once the package reaches your country.
